With just a handful of ingredients, this high-fiber, vegan breakfast can be made in minutes. Sweet and mild, fresh figs are a great fat-free, high-calcium topping.

Ingredients

Berry Bowl
  • 1 small sliced banana, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
Toppings
  • 1 fresh large fig, sliced
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the banana, berries and almond milk. Purée until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  • Divide the mixture between 2 bowls and top with fig slices, banana slices, pomegranate seeds and chia seeds.
