Tolulope Famuyiro, MD
Dr. Tolulope B. Famuyiro earned her Medical Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, College of Medicine in Nigeria and her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Texas, School of Public Health in Houston, TX. Dr. Famuyiro completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center and Geriatric fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, Boston.
Dr. Famuyiro is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Geriatrics Society, and is a recipient of the Society of Teacher of Family Medicine award. She has served as a Resident Committee Member for the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and most recently as a member of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Famuyiro’s practice background includes quality improvement projects, medical education/innovation, and geriatric-palliative-orthopedic co-management.
She enjoys community involvements and in the past has volunteered at the Houston Food Bank, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Shriner’s Children Hospital.
