Venkat Banda, MD, FACP, earned his Doctor of Medicine from Siddhartha Medical College in Vijayawada, India. He completed his residency at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Banda is the Program Director of the Baton Rouge General Internal Medicine Residency Program and Assistant Professor for Tulane University School of Medicine. He recently obtained his Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification.
