Credentialed EPIC Trainer- Ambulatory
Full-Time - Experience Credentialed Ambulatory EPIC trainer needed to provide training for new employees and providers as well as assist and troubleshoot issues as needed daily. Additional responsibilities include ongoing training.
• Trains providers and clinical staff on effective and efficient utilization of the electronic medical record system (EPIC)
• Collaborate with team and peers to develop best-in-class training programs to prepare high-performing team members to be successful in their roles
• Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, identify gaps in work processes or functionality, providing recommendations for improvement in conjunction with the quality department
