Job Description

Duties:
– Perform CT scans on patients in clinical setting.
– Operate and maintain CT equipment.
– Prepare patients for CT procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
– Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions during the scanning process.
– Monitor patients during scans to ensure their well-being.
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
– Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

*This position is located at one of our satellite locations on Bluebonnet Blvd. 8080 Bluebonnet Blvd #3000, Baton Rouge, LA 70810*

Basic Skills Required

- Valid certification as a CT Technologist.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Proficient in operating CT equipment and software.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing scans and documenting results.

Specific Skills Required

Previous CT experience preferred
Current Registered technologist
