IS System Analyst
Job Description
This position provides end user support on all technology or systems-related issues, making sure problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. The position involves performing a variety of tasks, and requires independent judgment, discretion, and due diligence in the performance of job duties. The person in this role is expected to have excellent interpersonal skills as they will interact with end users from various departments and levels within the company.

Class: Full-Time
Basic Skills Required
• Provide support for hardware, software, voice and network issues, resolving or conferring with the appropriate technical or systems personnel
• Resolve basic technical problems with Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), audio-visual presentation equipment, and other systems
• Configure and install workstations for new users
• Respond to end user hardware and software request
• Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware
• Asset management, coordination & procurement
• Maintaining good relationships with all end users
• Maintain technical documentation
• Provide in person, telephone & remote online services to end users
• Maintain tickets and reports to ensure the highest service levels are maintained
• Provide training for end users in the use of company network, standard software tools & cloud solutions
• Perform other duties as necessary
Specific Skills Required
• Three (3) or more years of related experience in the use and end-user support of various types of computer software, hardware, network & cloud solutions
• Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Familiarity with various server and PC operating systems and platforms
• Professional experience with various computer hardware, which includes: PCs, laptop & printers, MFPs, routers, switches or servers.
• Professional experience with Remote Control software, Ticketing System software, Exchange.
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Resourceful researcher, with the skill and persistence to resolve issues
• Ability to work overtime and travel to sites as needed
• Manage user accounts on local PCs, select servers, and Active Directory in compliance of industry standards.

Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree with 2 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience in lieu of degree
Unit of Pay: Hourly
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
