Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The Baton Rouge Clinic, AMC is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care services to patients within our clinic and to support the physicians providing their care. This position supports a busy breast surgeon and requires a candidate with strong clinical experience and surgery scheduling experience.
In this role, the LPN will be responsible for scheduling appointments and surgical procedures, administering injections, completing pre-certifications, assisting with in-office procedures, managing referrals, calling in prescriptions, and performing phone triage. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure efficient and compassionate patient care.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism are essential.
