Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator needed to act as a liaison between patients and healthcare personnel to facilitate the care delivery process. Individual will interact with patients face to face, as well as via telephone and email to schedule visits, answer questions, including information regarding cost of services, insurance coverage, and payment options. Additional duties to include assisting with pre-authorizations and referrals.

Basic Skills Required
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Specific Skills Required
Knowledge of insurance and previous experience in a clinic setting preferred
