Arthur G. Tribou, MD


In his third decade in the practice of Pediatric medicine, Dr. Arthur Tribou, a native of New Orleans, joined The Baton Rouge Clinic in 1998. Earning his B.S. from LSU in 1979, Dr. Arthur G. Tribou obtained his M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1983 and performed his Pediatric residency at Earl K. Long Hospital, completing his program in 1986. He served as Chief Resident during the final year of his residency.

Dr. Tribou was in private pediatric practice for several years in Baton Rouge prior to his joining The Baton Rouge Clinic. He holds a lifetime certification in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana. Among his professional associations, he has served as the past Chief of Pediatrics, past Chief of Medical Staff, and on the Board of Directors at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Dr. Tribou is currently on the Executive Committee of The Baton Rouge Clinic and served as the Baton Rouge Clinic President from 2008-10.
