With a medical career spanning more than 30 years, Dr. Charlotte A. Hollman obtained her B.S. from Florida State University, and earned her M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1977. She performed her residency in Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, completing her program in 1980. She served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics at Baylor University and was a Fellow in Child Neurology at the University of Minnesota from 1980-83.
Before moving back to Baton Rouge, Dr. Hollman was also on faculty at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio from 1986-90. After working in private practice for many years in the Baton Rouge area, she joined The Baton Rouge Clinic in 2000.
She is board certified in Pediatrics, EEG, and Child Neurology and holds a license to practice in the state of Louisiana. She has served on the board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Louisiana, the Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation, the Medical Centers of West Africa, and Camp Discover.
Dr. Hollman is a member of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations, the Child Neurology Society, and the American Academy of Neurology. She is also a member of the Istrouma Baptist Church Orchestra and served as part of the Autism Task Force for the Louisiana State Board of Education.
A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Charlotte A. Hollman is married and has three children. She enjoys traveling, playing the flute, and spending time with family and friends.
