Emily H. Jewell, MSN, APRN, CPNP
A native of Baton Rouge, Emily Jewell received her B.S. in Nursing from the LSU Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in 2010. She worked as an RN in Labor & Delivery as well as Neonatal ICU at Woman’s Hospital for several years while attending graduate school at the University of South Alabama. After receiving her Master’s in Nursing in 2014, she obtained certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. In the summer of 2015, Emily joined The Baton Rouge Clinic as a part-time nurse practitioner in the Pediatric Neurology department.
Emily is licensed as an RN and an APRN in the state of Louisiana. She is certified in Basic Life Support as well as Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and she is a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church’s ‘Gentle Hands’ Committee. She and her husband are residents of Baton Rouge and are expecting their first child in the Spring of 2016.
