Hannah M. Clements, PA-C

Hannah M. Clements, a native of Evansville, Indiana, received her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Hannah went on to earn her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant accreditation in 2019, at South University in Savannah, Georgia. In 2019, Hannah joined The Baton Rouge Clinic’s Urology Department.

Hannah is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Urology, is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She is also a proud member of the American Urological Association. When not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
