Juliet Catrett, LCSW
Juliet Catrett, a native of Baton Rouge, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana College in 2003 and earned her Master’s degree in social work from Tulane in 2005. As of 2017, Juliet is an Eye Movement Desensitization International Association (E.M.D.R.I.A.) certified therapist and in 2019 became an EMDRIA approved consultant.
Juliet has been practicing for over 15 years and specializes in the treatment of complex and chronic post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, and dissociative disorders. She is a member of E.M.D.R.I.A. and the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). Before joining the Baton Rouge Clinic’s Psychiatry department in January 2020, Juliet has worked as a part of the New Orleans AIDS Task Force, Baton Rouge General Behavioral Wellness Center (Intensive Outpatient Program), and the Baton Rouge General Psychiatry Associates. Juliet also teaches practicum for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing basic training.
Juliet is married with one child and is a parishioner at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. When not working, she enjoys cycling, running, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
