Here’s a healthy dip that can be made in minutes. This easy Pumpkin Dip is a healthy snack for all ages. Serve it with fresh apple slices.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt (gluten free if needed)
  • 8 oz fat-free whipped topping
  • 2 large apples, sliced

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices. Blend well. Mix in yogurt. Fold in whipped topping and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
  • Serve with apple slices.
