Here’s a healthy dip that can be made in minutes. This easy Pumpkin Dip is a healthy snack for all ages. Serve it with fresh apple slices.
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt (gluten free if needed)
8 oz fat-free whipped topping
2 large apples, sliced
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices. Blend well. Mix in yogurt. Fold in whipped topping and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
- Serve with apple slices.
