At our Perkins Location (both Main Clinic and Pediatrics):
Flu shots are available on the 3rd floor of our Main Clinic building (7373 Perkins Road). Flu Shots will be given Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM.
No appointment necessary!
At our Industriplex Location:
Flu shots are available by appointment ONLY.
Please call (225) 246-9290 to schedule your appointment. (Anyone who attends a flu visit with a child receiving a flu shot, may get their flu shot at the same time, but will need to make an appointment.)
In Monroe, LA:
Flu Shots are available at our Oliver Road location (920 Oliver Rd). Flu shots will be given Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM.
