Jennifer T. Guidroz, MD

Pediatrician Dr. Jennifer T. Guidroz joined The Baton Rouge Clinic in 2005, coming to Baton Rouge from her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Georgia Tech in 1996 and her M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000. She then performed her residency in Pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia, completing her program in 2003.

Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Guidroz is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She has maintained board certification in Pediatrics since 2003.

Within The Baton Rouge Clinic, Dr. Guidroz serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, as Chairman of the Urgent Care Committee, and a member of the Recruiting Committee. In the past, she has served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at the Clinic from 2011 to 2017. Professionally, Dr. Guidroz takes particular interest in the care and counseling of newborns and infants and providing support and guidance for new families. She also enjoys seeing and counseling the adolescent patients in their transitional years.

Dr. Guidroz enjoys spending time with her husband, Gastroenterologist Dr. Andrew Guidroz, and her two children. She also enjoys running and watching LSU football among friends and family. She is a member of St. George Catholic Church in Baton Rouge.
