Dr. Carlie M. Falgout, a native of Ascension Parish, earned her Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2018 and her Medical Degree from LSU Health and Science Center in Shreveport in 2022. She completed her residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in 2025.
Dr. Falgout is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians and is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana.
As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Carlie M. Falgout is dedicated to helping patients take control of their health through evidence-based, patient-centered care. Additionally, she is passionate about preventing and slowing the progression of chronic diseases through sustainable lifestyle interventions.
Dr. Falgout is married to her husband, Nick, and together they have one son and a mini dachshund. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking peloton classes, and playing tennis and pickleball.
