Location
Born in Baton Rouge and raised in Addis, Rochelle Blanchard, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is dedicated to supporting patients with compassionate, individualized mental health care.
Rochelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern University A&M College in 2008 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University in 2025. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent nearly 18 years as a registered nurse in medical-surgical care at Baton Rouge General and in home health, building a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Her professional affiliations include the American Nurses Association, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, camping, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with family and friends. She is married to her husband, Brent, and they have two children.
