I have gone to BR Clinic for about 35 years for primary care and for several other conditions requiring specialized care. I respect and trust the physicians and feel comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns. Having lab and radiology services there is an added bonus. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking medical attention.

I was seen on the second floor internal medicine. Starting with the ladies at the information desk and the four check in ladies. their friendliness is exhibited by their smiles and welcoming attitude. More than one wanted to assist me instead of me, having to find the one that least cared to assist me which in this day and age is always a pleasant thing to happen. The medical technician I’m assuming at a med tech with Dr. Benton was personable and professional Dr. Benton is always the smartest dock on the block. He works with me so that I can be a team member with my care. This visit was especially difficult because we had to wean me off a medication with terrible side effects in which I have my own very specific symptoms. But his willingness to work with me in adjust as necessary over the next several months is impressive… now I must talk to you about the lab desk system. You definitely need to go back to a line where the person at the head of line gets the next person that’s open. Since there’s no bells or lights or dings, you need to keep the same lady paid standing at the head of the line watching for the next open because They tell you to go to the open line that already has someone standing there whether that person is going to take 20 minutes or five you have no idea so you don’t wanna go until you see someone open that’s just common sense but the lady won’t allow that and I get so frustrated every time I’ve been there ever since you change the system over from a line. Would it really take that much to put a light next to each person or a board of lights connected to their station so they can say when they’re ready to take you? That would so help me avoid the dread of the lab line
