Full-Time - The Accessioning Technician is responsible for opening, identifying specimens, entering data into the Laboratory Information System, preparing specimens for testing and transporting specimens to the correct department in the laboratory.

Part-Time - Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors or patients
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations

Full-Time - We are currently seeking a meticulous and friendly Phlebotomist for our clinic in Baton Rouge. Will be responsible for the collection, and storage of blood samples. Busy, fast-paced multi-specialty medical clinic in need of a motivated, hardworking phlebotomist. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing and determining the best collection methods for specific patients, such as infants or elderly patients.
• Preparing areas where blood will be drawn and ensuring the area is safe and clean after blood is drawn.
• Collecting blood samples and labeling the vials with the patients' names and the dates.
• Transporting blood samples to the laboratory for testing.
• Ensuring proper packaging and storage for the preservation of blood for donations.
• Keeping your phlebotomy cart or station well-organized and following infection control and sanitation standards.
• Answering patients' questions on collection techniques and providing additional resources if requested.
• Remaining friendly, courteous, and sympathetic and keeping patients calm during blood collections.
• Preparing and cleaning the laboratory area, maintaining inventory, preparing blood samples for various tests and procedures, and possibly centrifuging blood samples

Full-Time - Full Time & Part Time Tech responsible for accessing and processing tissue and cytological specimens for examination by a pathologist. Performs other duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures of The Baton Rouge Clinic.
