Dr. Ashley R. Whitson is a native of St. Francisville, LA, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Tulane University in 2015 and her Medical Degree from Washington University, School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri in 2020. Dr. Whitson completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine at Barnes Jewish Hospital in 2023. She joined The Baton Rouge Clinic’s Hospital Medicine Group in the Summer of 2023.
Dr. Whitson is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana and the state of Missouri and has a certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Dr. Whitson is married to her husband, Grant, and together they have one child. When not at the office, she enjoys being outdoors with her family.
