Blake Sibley, APRN, FNP-C

Blake Sibley is a native of Denham Springs, Louisiana, and has a clinical background in medicine that spans nearly two decades. Blake first worked as a Paramedic for Acadian Ambulance in 2005. He then earned an Associate degree in Nursing from Baton Rouge General in 2008, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University (SELU) in 2020. During his time as a nurse, he held various positions at healthcare organizations such as a Critical Care Nurse at Baton Rouge General, Long-term Acute Care Nurse at Promise Hospital, and served as the Director of Nursing at Golden Age Nursing Home. In the Spring of 2023, Blake earned his Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from SELU and joined The Baton Rouge Clinic’s Hospital Medicine Group in 2023.

Blake is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and FNP in the state of Louisiana and holds certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Blake is married to his wife, Nicole, and together they have two daughters and one dog named Maggie. He is a member of First Baptist Church. When not at the office, he enjoys golf, weight–lifting, watching his daughters compete in cheer competitions, and spending time with his family and friends.
