Chris N. Franklin, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1998 and his Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Southern University in 2023. Chris joined The Baton Rouge Clinic’s Hospital Medicine Department in the Spring of 2024.
Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Chris spent the last 25 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) working in the Baton Rouge area. He is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and FNP in the state of Louisiana. He is a member of the American Nursing Association (ANA) and The Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP).
Chris is married to his wife of 25 years, Ashley, and together they have seven children. When not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and riding off-road motorcycles.
