Here’s an easy way to make a festive splash in no time. A simple dip that you can whip up in minutes is paired with creatively placed veggies that make a snowy Christmas scene.

Ingredients

Dip
      • 12 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
      • 1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
      • 3 tsp chopped fresh dill
      • 3 small garlic cloves, minced
      • 3/4 tsp onion powder
      • 1/2 tsp salt
      • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Veggies
      • 2 heads broccoli florets
      • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
      • 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin or
      • 1/2 oz pretzel sticks
      • 1 bunch cauliflower, cut into florets

Preparation

Dip 
      • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, buttermilk, dill, garlic, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled while assembling the “Christmas tree.”
Veggies 
      • On a flat platter, arrange the broccoli florets in a tree pattern with the cherry tomatoes in 2 layers as “ornaments.” Arrange the bell pepper strips in the shape of a star at the top of the “tree.”
      • Arrange the pretzel sticks as the tree “trunk.” Arrange the cauliflower florets as the “snow” at the bottom of the tree.
      • Serve the dip with the vegetables.
